Rules & help

Everything about buying and selling on UTW Marketplace.

Buyer guide

  1. Find a service. Search or open a category. Every seller is a verified student of our academy.
  2. Contact the seller. Explain what you need in the chat. Ask questions before you order.
  3. Accept an offer. The seller sends a final offer with price, delivery time and warranty. When you accept, you get an order number.
  4. Pay UTW. Send the exact amount to the UTW account shown in your order, then add the transaction ID and screenshot. Pay within 24 hours or the order is cancelled.
  5. Wait for confirmation. Our team confirms your payment, then the seller starts.
  6. Check the delivery. Tap Done if you are happy, Ask revision if something must change, or Report a problem. If you do nothing, the order completes automatically 3 days after delivery.
  7. Leave a review. It helps other buyers and good sellers.

Seller guide

  1. Send a seller request on the Become a seller page. Our team may ask questions or for samples.
  2. Verify your identity with a live CNIC scan and selfie on your phone. One CNIC = one seller account.
  3. Add your payout account (bank, JazzCash, Easypaisa or Raast) in your Seller dashboard. The account title should match your CNIC name.
  4. Create listings with real photos of your work, a clear title, price and delivery time. Our team approves each new listing and each change.
  5. Reply fast and send an offer in the chat. Never start work before UTW confirms the payment.
  6. Deliver inside the order with a note, files or links, so there is a record.
  7. Get paid. After the buyer approves (or after 3 days), your money is sent on the next payout day. New sellers: the first orders may wait a few extra days for safety.
Commission is 0% during our launch period. Any change will be announced in advance.

Payments & refunds

  • Buyers always pay UTW, never the seller. UTW holds the money until the job is done.
  • One transaction ID can be used for one order only.
  • If the seller does not deliver, or the work is clearly not what was agreed, the buyer gets a full refund.
  • Refunds and seller payouts are sent to the account you choose and recorded with a transaction ID.
  • For safety, payouts pause for 2 hours after a seller changes payout details.

Allowed & not allowed

Allowed

  • Services you can do yourself (editing, design, setup, writing, voice-over…)
  • Pages and accounts that you own and can fully transfer
  • Real photos and samples of your own work
  • Email in chat when it is needed for the job

Not allowed

  • Asking for or sending payment outside the site
  • Sharing phone numbers or WhatsApp to move the deal outside
  • Fake, stolen, copied or misleading work and listings
  • Selling hacked or someone else's accounts or pages
  • Identity, verification or document services for other people
  • Fake reviews or buying from your own shop

Safety

  • Our team never asks for your password or OTP. Never share them in chat.
  • If someone asks you to pay outside the site, do not pay — report the chat. Money paid outside cannot be protected.
  • Messages with phone numbers or payment numbers are flagged and checked by our team.
  • Breaking the rules can lead to a warning, a paused listing, a suspended shop or a permanent ban.

Problems & decisions

If something goes wrong, tap Report a problem in the order. The money stays with UTW. Our team reads the chat and the delivery and decides within 48 hours:

  • Release — the work was delivered as agreed, the seller is paid.
  • Refund — the buyer gets the money back.
  • Back to work — the seller continues and fixes the work.

The team's decision is final. Keep all talk inside the chat so we can help you.

FAQ

Can I buy and sell with the same account?

Yes. Use “Switch to Selling” or “Switch to Buying” at the top.

How long does payment confirmation take?

Usually less than 2 hours during working hours.

Can the price change after the offer?

No. The order uses the price in the accepted offer. For extra work, the seller sends a new offer.
