Rules & help →Who are the sellers?
All sellers are students of Umair TikTok Wala Academy. Each one is checked by our team and passes a live identity check (CNIC and selfie) before they can sell.
How do I pay?
When you accept a seller's offer, you pay UTW by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa and upload the payment screenshot. Never send money to a seller directly.
What if I am not happy with the work?
Ask for a revision. If there is still a problem, tap “Report a problem”. The money stays with UTW and our team decides within 48 hours — including a full refund when the seller did not deliver.
When is the seller paid?
After you tap Done, or automatically a few days after delivery if you do not respond.
