Login Help

1. Open the Student login page.
2. Type the WhatsApp number you enrolled with.
3. Tap Forgot password? We email a reset link to the email on your account.
4. Open the email (check the Spam folder too), set a new password, then log in.

If you signed up with Google, you do not have a password with us — tap Continue with Google instead.

Make sure you typed the same number you enrolled with, starting with 03 (for example 03001234567). If you never made an account, tap Create account. Paid students should use the number they paid with so the course unlocks automatically.

You created your account with Google. Tap Continue with Google and pick the same Gmail you used before.

Check the number and type the password slowly — passwords are case-sensitive. Still stuck? Use Forgot password? to set a new one.

1. Wait two minutes and check the Spam and Promotions folders.
2. Make sure you are opening the email account linked to your profile — the login screen shows the first letters of it.
3. Still nothing? Message Free Support with your enrolled number.

1. On the computer, open Student login and tap Log in with QR code.
2. On your phone, open the Umair Academy app, tap the menu ☰, then Log in on computer.
3. Point the phone at the code and tap Log in.

Only scan a code shown on umairtiktokwala.com on your own computer. Never scan a login code someone sends you.

Courses unlock from the number you enrolled with. If you logged in with a different number or Gmail, log out and use the enrolled one. If it is still locked, send your enrolled number to Free Support and our team will check it.

1. Check your internet connection and try again.
2. Update Google Chrome from the Play Store.
3. Close the tab and open umairtiktokwala.com/learn.html again.
4. Still not working? Try the Umair Academy app.
