Umair TikTok Wala Limited ("we", "us", "our") provides online education, student portals, an Android application, creator-support services, and related support channels. This policy applies to our website, Android app, student learning portal, PayPal service dashboard, earnings-submission features, WhatsApp support and Facebook Messenger support.
Summary: we use personal information to provide course access, support, finance-service features and student-requested earning records. We do not sell personal information or use it for behavioural advertising.
Information we collect
- Account and enrollment details: name, email address, phone number, city, Firebase user ID, batch, courses and account status.
- Authentication data: account email and password are handled by Google Firebase Authentication. We do not see or store your password in readable form.
- Learning activity: lesson progress, active days, tasks, task messages, announcements viewed and private notebook entries.
- Student-submitted earnings: platform, earning month, USD amount, optional PKR amount, notes, submission status and proof image selected by the student.
- PayPal service data: finance-service status, assigned PayPal account information shown to the authorised student, payment methods, settlement history, notifications and service-related issue reports.
- Support data: messages, display name, phone number or platform identifier received through WhatsApp Business or Facebook Messenger.
- Technical data: limited server logs and security information created by hosting, Firebase and platform providers to operate and protect the services.
How we use information
- To verify accounts and provide the correct course or service access.
- To save learning progress, notes and task submissions across the website and app.
- To receive and review student-submitted Facebook or TikTok earning records.
- To manage authorised PayPal service access, assignments, payment methods, settlements and notifications.
- To answer questions, investigate issues, prevent misuse and secure our systems.
- To comply with legitimate accounting, legal, fraud-prevention or regulatory obligations.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with advertising networks or use it to create advertising audiences.
Student earnings submissions
Students may voluntarily submit Facebook or TikTok earning information for progress tracking and academy review. Proof images are stored in Firebase Storage and submission details are stored in Firestore.
- Only the submitting student and authorised administrators may access the submission through our services.
- Approval means that an administrator accepted the submission for academy progress records; it is not a promise of payment, employment, income or future results.
- Students must not upload bank passwords, card security codes, identity documents or unrelated private information as earning proof.
PayPal and creator-support services
PayPal service access is separate from course access. A user may have course access, PayPal service access, both, or neither. Access is controlled using the user's authenticated account and service status.
We may store service-related information such as assigned account snapshots, account status, settlement amounts, payment-method information, timestamps and support notes. We do not ask students to submit their online-banking passwords, card PINs or card security codes.
Independent providers: PayPal, Facebook, TikTok, banks and wallet providers are independent third parties. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to accounts and transactions on their platforms.
Our Android app
The Android app provides public website access and authenticated portals. The same Firebase account and core records may be used across the app and website.
- The app uses internet access to authenticate, load content and save account data.
- Where an upload feature is provided, the user chooses the specific image or file to upload. We do not use uploaded proof for advertising.
- The app does not intentionally collect contacts, call logs, SMS contents or advertising identifiers.
- Public pages may be browsed without logging in. Authenticated features require a valid account.
Storage, processors and international transfers
We use Google Firebase (including Authentication, Firestore and Storage), Vercel, Google Sheets/Apps Script for authorised operational reporting, YouTube for videos, Google Play for distribution, and Meta platforms for WhatsApp and Messenger support. These providers may process data in countries outside your own under their respective safeguards and policies.
Data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Access is restricted through authentication, database rules, storage rules and authorised administrator accounts.
Retention
- Account, enrollment and learning records: retained while needed to provide access and maintain academy records, unless deletion is requested and no valid retention reason applies.
- Earnings submissions and proof images: retained while needed for review, progress history, dispute handling and record integrity. They may be deleted or anonymised following a valid account-deletion request unless retention is required.
- PayPal service and settlement records: retained while the service is active and afterwards where reasonably needed for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or legal compliance.
- Support conversations: retained according to our operational retention settings and provider availability. Where an earlier notice promised a specific deletion period, we will honour that notice for the applicable records.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete personal information associated with your account, subject to identity verification and lawful retention requirements. You may also ask us to stop non-essential communications.

Account deletion
Deleting the app from a device does not delete the server-side account. A deletion request covers the account and associated app data, including learning progress, notes, tasks, earnings submissions and uploaded proofs, except information that must be retained for legitimate security, fraud-prevention, accounting, dispute or legal reasons. Retained information will be limited and protected.
Children
Our services are intended for adults and older learners capable of entering a binding agreement. They are not directed to children under 13. If a parent or guardian believes a child supplied personal information, please contact us.
Changes
We may update this policy when our services, providers or legal obligations change. The latest version and update date will remain available on this page.
