Only for users whose PayPal service access has been activated.
Having one type of access does not automatically grant the other.
Courses and educational content
- Course material is provided for personal educational use only.
- You may not record, copy, resell, redistribute, scrape or publicly share lessons, videos, downloads or login access.
- Course access periods, batch support and live-session availability may vary by offer.
- We do not guarantee monetisation approval, account growth, income, platform eligibility or any particular result.
Tasks, notes and communications
You are responsible for content you submit. You must not submit unlawful, abusive, misleading, infringing or malicious material. Private notes are intended for the account holder, but no online system can be guaranteed risk-free, so do not store passwords, PINs or highly sensitive secrets.
Student-submitted earnings
- Earnings submissions must be truthful, relate to the submitting student and be supported by genuine proof where requested.
- Amounts must not be fabricated, altered or submitted more than once for the same earning record.
- We may approve, reject or request correction at our reasonable discretion.
- Approval is for academy progress records only. It is not an audit, financial certification, payment promise, employment relationship or guarantee of future earnings.
- We may remove or reverse an approval if evidence later appears false or materially inaccurate.
PayPal and creator-support services
- Service availability depends on eligibility, documents, third-party platform rules and technical feasibility.
- You must provide accurate, lawful information and cooperate with reasonable verification requests.
- You remain responsible for your own social-media, PayPal, bank and wallet accounts and for complying with third-party terms.
- We do not control PayPal, Facebook, TikTok, banks or wallet providers and cannot guarantee their approval, uptime, payout timing, account status or decisions.
- You must never send us card PINs, online-banking passwords or card security codes.
Payments and charges
Prices, included services, commission arrangements and payment schedules are those presented in the applicable offer, invoice, service message or written agreement. Taxes, platform fees, exchange rates and third-party charges may affect final amounts.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary for non-payment, account sharing, fraud, false submissions, abuse, security risk, copyright infringement, violation of these Terms or violation of applicable law or third-party platform rules.

Unless otherwise stated, our website, app interface, branding, course material, text, graphics and original resources belong to Umair TikTok Wala Limited or its licensors. No ownership rights transfer to users.

Our services may link to or interact with Firebase, Google, YouTube, Vercel, Meta, PayPal, Facebook, TikTok, banks and payment wallets. Those services are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages, account restrictions or policy changes outside our control.
Disclaimers and liability
Education and support are provided with reasonable care, but results depend on the user, market conditions and third-party platforms. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, platform suspension, missed opportunity or decisions made by third parties. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
