This page allows users of the Umair TikTok Wala website, student portal and Android app to request deletion of their account and associated data.
You do not need the app installed. You can submit a deletion request using the email or WhatsApp options below.
How to request deletion
Choose one method:

Include your account name, registered phone number and account email where available. Do not send your password.
Identity verification
To protect accounts from unauthorised deletion, we may verify the request through the registered email, phone number, account login or other information already associated with the account. We will not ask for your password.
Data normally deleted
- Firebase Authentication account, where applicable.
- Main student profile and service-access profile.
- Course progress, active-day records and private notes.
- Task submissions and student-visible task messages.
- Student-submitted earnings, review history and proof images.
- App notifications and account-linked support data where deletion is applicable.
- PayPal assignment or service records that are not required for a valid retention reason.
Data that may be retained
Limited information may be retained where reasonably necessary for accounting, completed transactions, legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, disputes or enforcement of agreements. Retained information will not remain available as an active user account and will be limited to the purpose requiring retention.
Processing time
We aim to acknowledge the request within 5 business days and complete verified deletion within 30 days. Complex legal, dispute or security matters may require longer; we will explain where applicable.
Effects of deletion
- Deletion is permanent and normally cannot be undone.
- You will lose access to courses, notes, tasks, earning history, service dashboards and other account features.
- Uninstalling the app or logging out does not delete server-side data.
- Deletion does not automatically cancel obligations or disputes that arose before deletion.
Delete specific data without deleting the account
You may ask to delete a specific earning proof, note or other eligible record while keeping your account. Identify the record clearly in your request. Some records may need to be retained for integrity, dispute or legal purposes.
