Go to facebook.com/hacked on your usual phone or computer.
Follow the steps to secure your account.
If you cannot access email/phone, choose "No longer have access" and follow the ID or video-selfie steps.

Important

Recover from your usual device and internet. After recovery, turn on two-factor login and save your recovery codes.

Use your usual phone and internet connection.
Your profile name must match your ID if Facebook asks for one.
