Short answer: Creator Rewards is available in the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Japan, South Korea and Brazil, with a few more markets added over time. Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, most of Africa and most of the Middle East are not eligible. Other TikTok programs (LIVE gifts, Shop, brand deals) have their own, separate country lists.

If your country is not eligible — what creators actually do
- Run an account set up in an eligible region — usually the US or UK. Created and used with one fixed location (dedicated proxy or paid VPN), separate device or browser profile, new Gmail. This is the standard route for Pakistani creators; read the Pakistan guide.
- Make content for that region's audience — English, global topics (nature, mini dramas, animals, transformations). Local-language content will not get the views.
- Meet the same requirements — 10k followers, 100k views, 60-second originals. Checklist.
- Solve payouts — US accounts pay via PayPal, which many non-eligible countries (including Pakistan) do not have. Creators use a trusted PayPal Service that pays them locally, or a relative abroad.
Warning: the account's region must never change once created. Verifying a US/UK account with a Pakistani ID, switching VPN countries, or buying a "monetized account" are the three fastest ways to lose everything.
