Short answer: the TikTok Creator Rewards Program (the one that pays per 1,000 qualified views) is not available for accounts registered in Pakistan. Pakistani creators earn by running an account set up in an eligible region — usually the United States or United Kingdom — and getting paid through PayPal.
Which TikTok programs pay, and which are open to Pakistan
- Creator Rewards Program — pays for original videos over one minute with qualified views. Available in the US, UK, Germany, France, Japan, Korea, Brazil and a few more. Not Pakistan.
- LIVE gifts — viewers send gifts during live streams. Available in Pakistan, but income is small unless you already have an audience.
- TikTok Shop / affiliate — selling products. Not launched in Pakistan.
- Brand deals — direct payment from brands. Possible anywhere, but needs a real following first.
For most people the realistic path is the first one — Creator Rewards — through an eligible-region account. That is what the rest of this guide is about.
What you need to get monetized
- An account in an eligible region (US or UK) — created and used with a consistent location. Mixing locations is the number one reason accounts get disqualified.
- 10,000 followers and 100,000 video views in the last 30 days — TikTok's standard threshold.
- Original videos over 60 seconds — reposted, copied or template content does not qualify.
- Age 18+ and an account in good standing (no community-guideline strikes).
- A payout method the platform accepts — for US accounts that is PayPal, which Pakistan does not have. See the payout section below.
How Pakistani creators actually do it — 6 steps
- Set up the location properly. A dedicated proxy or a paid VPN with a fixed US/UK location, a separate device or browser profile, and a new Gmail. Free VPNs and shared IPs get flagged.
- Warm the account up. 5–7 days of only watching, liking and following in the target region before you post anything. New accounts that post on day one get almost no reach.
- Pick one niche and make original content. Most of our students use AI-generated video (Google Flow / Veo, Whisk, CapCut) — nature, mini dramas, transformations, animals, mini worlds. One niche per account.
- Post consistently for 30 days. 1–2 videos a day at first, then 3–5. Judge nothing before 30–50 videos.
- Hit the threshold and apply. Once you cross 10k followers and 100k monthly views, the Creator Rewards option appears in the app. Apply, complete identity and tax information.
- Set up payouts. Link PayPal, wait for the payout cycle, then withdraw to your Pakistani bank or wallet (see below).

US TikTok accounts pay through PayPal, and PayPal does not operate in Pakistan. Creators solve this in one of two ways:
- A trusted PayPal service — the creator's TikTok earnings are paid to a managed US PayPal account, and the service pays the creator in PKR to a bank or JazzCash/EasyPaisa after a commission. - A relative abroad with a PayPal account in an eligible country who withdraws and sends the money — workable, but slow and dependent on that person.
UK accounts can use bank payouts in some cases, which is why many creators choose UK over US — but UK identity verification is stricter.
Common mistakes that get accounts disqualified
- Changing location mid-way (US today, UK tomorrow, VPN off at night)
- Verifying a UK/US account with a Pakistani ID card
- Buying followers, views or "monetized accounts"
- Reposting videos from Instagram, YouTube or other TikTok accounts
- Running five accounts on one phone
- Linking one YouTube channel to several TikTok accounts
How much can you earn?
Honest answer: it depends on views, region and content. Creator Rewards typically pays somewhere between $0.40 and $1.00 per 1,000 qualified views on US accounts. A video that does one million qualified views can earn a few hundred dollars; most videos do far less. Nobody can promise you a number, and anyone who does is selling something. What we can say: students who follow the process for 60–90 days with one niche usually see their first payout — and the ones who quit at week two never do.

Can I monetize TikTok in Pakistan without a VPN?
No. Creator Rewards is not offered to Pakistani accounts. You need an account in an eligible region with a consistent location.
Is a phone enough, or do I need a laptop?
A phone is enough for TikTok itself. A laptop makes AI video tools easier but is not required — many of our students work phone-only.
Does AI-generated content qualify for Creator Rewards?
Yes, if it is original (you generated it) and follows TikTok's guidelines. Copied or template content does not.
How long does it take?

Do I pay tax in Pakistan on TikTok income?
Yes — income is taxable. Non-filers face higher withholding on bank receipts (around 20%). Registering as a filer with FBR reduces it.
