You must not

- Attempt to access another user's records, administrator tools or restricted services.
- Probe, scrape, overload, reverse engineer or bypass security controls.
- Upload malware, harmful code, illegal content or material that infringes copyright, privacy or other rights.
- Harass, threaten, abuse or deceive students, staff or support agents.
- Use the service for money laundering, fraud, evasion, prohibited transactions or other unlawful activity.
- Publish course material, private dashboard information or another user's personal data without permission.
- Submit passwords, card PINs, security codes or unrelated sensitive documents through earning-proof uploads.
Fair use of learning content
Course access is personal. Reasonable viewing, note-taking and task submission are allowed. Automated downloading, mass copying, redistribution, public screening or resale is prohibited unless we give written permission.
Fair use of support
Use support channels for genuine questions and service issues. Repeated spam, abusive language, fabricated emergencies or attempts to pressure staff into unsafe actions may result in restricted support.
Enforcement
Depending on seriousness, we may warn the user, remove content, request verification, reverse a submission, suspend a feature, restrict support, terminate access, preserve evidence or report unlawful conduct to an appropriate provider or authority.

Appeals
A user may ask us to review an enforcement decision by contacting the same email and explaining the relevant facts. Review does not guarantee reversal.
